Fish Bites Episode 34: 10 things Marlins should’ve done differently in rebuild

Danny Martinez confronts the most heinous myths that opposing fanbases and media spread about the Marlins, while also airing his grievances about how this rebuild has been executed.

Baseball in Miami isn’t nearly as grim as some individuals make it seem. At the same time, there are legitimate concerns about how new Marlins ownership has handled their rebuild so far that may come back to bite the team when it’s time contend. Revisiting one of his Fish Stripes articles, Danny lists his top 10 myths about the Marlins (3:35), followed by 10 things he would’ve done differently had he been in Derek Jeter’s position (26:20). We wrap up the episode with pitcher and hitter performances of the week (55:40).
