Admittedly, it’s still too early to make any meaningful assessments. However, the young talent received directly in trades for former Marlins “stars”—Jorge Alfaro, Sandy Alcantara, Lewis Brinson, Isan Díaz, Zac Gallen, Magneuris Sierra and Jordan Yamamoto—has combined to contribute approximately replacement-level production for the Marlins, per FanGraphs.
