Hiring former Astros executive Oz Ocampo as Assistant GM is my favorite move Kim Ng did this offseason ( I'm hoping that this is not the best though). HIs excellent track record in international scouting speaks for itself. I am genuinely excited to see what he can bring to improve scouting and player development.

I'm intrigue if Oz is looking to add another FCL team like what the Astros did last season. It will be great to see players to have more AB and IP. More players will have opportunity to show what they can do. This type of move will also show the ownership commitment to player development. I would love to hear your thoughts on this!
