The Marlins’ Low-A Jupiter affiliate announced that Trevor Rogers will make two minor league rehab starts with them @GoHammerheads/Twitter

  • Tuesday’s minor league scores: Triple-A Jacksonville won, 4-3; Double-A Pensacola won, 1-0; Low-A Jupiter won, 8-7 (F/11—resumption of previously suspended game), and won, 4-0 (regularly scheduled game); FCL Marlins won, 6-4; DSL Marlins lost, 5-3. Through five Double-A starts (26.2 IP), Kyle Nicolas has allowed just two runs on 10 hits.
  • Encouraging lines for Trevor Rogers (3.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K) and Zach Pop (1.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K) to begin their rehab assignments with Jupiter. Pablo López continues his rehab assignment with Jacksonville on Thursday.
