Old friend Christian Yelich is still searching for answers for his back problems and won’t be involved in this series...The funky lefty Suter hasn’t been stretched beyond three innings in any appearance this season. Get ready for many “different looks” from the Brewers bullpen as they attempt to patch this game together.

Notes: Brian Anderson gets at least a partial day off as he eases back from his oblique injury and Miami continues to hide Corey Dickerson against left-handed pitching (highly questionable choice when it means inserting the struggling Cooper in his place)...With a hit tonight, Miguel Rojas can pass former teammate Dee Strange-Gordon for 19th place on the all-time Marlins hits list...The well-rested pitchers available out of the Marlins bullpen (haven’t pitched in at least two days) are Richard Bleier, Adam Cimber, Ross Detwiler and Zach Pop.
