Notes: Nearly seven years after being drafted by the Marlins, Holloway is making his first career start for them at the major league level. Don Mattingly expects to cap his workload at around 75 pitches tonight...Miguel Rojas loves playing against the D-backs. His career .874 OPS (110 PA) in this matchup is significantly higher that he has against any other National League team...Garrett Cooper is riding a season-high three-game hitting streak, which speaks volumes about how unreliable he’s been at the plate...The well-rested pitchers available out of the Marlins bullpen (haven’t pitched in at least two days) are Anthony Bender, John Curtiss, Adam Cimber, Ross Detwiler, Luis Madero and Zach Pop.
