Notes: Fedde is the only MLB pitcher this season with 20-plus innings and more walks than strikeouts. Seems very beatable!...Rookie right-hander Wil Crowe gets the assignment for the later game. Crowe made his major league debut against the Marlins last month and has pitched only once for the Nats since then, logging six total innings in those two starts.

Notes: By Sixto’s incredibly high standards, his start against the Nationals last month was the worst of his rookie campaign, allowing three earned runs, including homers to Gomes and Robles...Just recalled from the alternate training site, Daniel Castano is starting the second game for the Fish...The Marlins have been 8-2 this season in games that are part of doubleheaders, sweeping three DHs and splitting the other two...Chisholm appeared on the new Swings and Mishes podcast episode to discuss his transition to second base, his evaluation of Sixto, interacting with fans and more.
EPISODE 93 @CraigMish & @jeremytache preview this weekend’s series vs. WSH and project the possible playoff rotation for Miami...
