Notes: Rookie right-hander David Peterson has acclimated himself to the big leagues quite nicely. He was scheduled to start tonight, but just landed on the injured list with left shoulder fatigue...Alonso continues to homer against the Marlins at an astonishing rate. After a pair on Monday, he’s up to 11 dingers in 23 career games (96 plate appearances). If it’s any consolation, his strikeout rate against them is also bloated at 34.4%.
