Marlins vs. Cardinals: Start time, how to watch and game thread—March 12, 2020

Major League Baseball is operating business as usual despite Coronavirus concerns, which means we get Marlins vs. Cardinals on Thursday from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter.

Welcome to Thursday’s Marlins (12-5) vs. Cardinals (9-9) Spring Training game thread. Amid Coronavirus concerns, the rest of the Spring Training schedule isn’t guaranteed, so try to cherish this one.

Notes: The latest Swings and Mishes episode with Craig Mish has plenty of insight into the Marlins’ decision-making process regarding the Opening Day roster. After previously reporting that Ureña was a likely trade candidate, Mish concedes that he is now expected to open the regular season in Miami’s starting rotation...Wednesday’s victory over the Yankees was enjoyable on a number of levels.
