With the cooperation of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, Fish Stripes is excited to offer our readers discounted tickets to the Marlins vs. Mets Spring Training game on Thursday, Feb. 27! It’s the first night game of the Marlins’ 2020 Grapefruit League schedule. First pitch will be approximately 7:05 p.m. (though we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to meet members of our staff).
Purchasing through us, bleacher seats cost $14 each and reserved seats cost $27; these tickets would ordinarily be $15 and $30, respectively. Also, attending with our group saves you 25% off merchandise at the ballpark’s team store (located on the concourse behind home plate).

This game will not be televised locally. So if you want to get an early look at Miami’s offseason acquisitions like Jesús Aguilar, Francisco Cervelli, Corey Dickerson, Matt Kemp, Brandon Kintzler and Jonathan Villar, well-regarded top prospects and those crisp blue uniforms, make the trip to Jupiter with us!
Please send all ticket orders to @fishstripes on Venmo with description of how many/which type of tickets and your email address (examples: “$42—3 bleacher seats for dan.uggla@gmail.com,” “$54—2 reserved seats for johnson_charles@yahoo.com,” etc.)
Tickets will be distributed to provided email addresses several days prior to the game.
Use comments section below or my email address (Ely.Sussman@gmail.com) for any additional questions or to arrange an alternate form of payment.
Unrelated to this event...Fish Stripes is a very fulfilling but low-revenue operation. If you enjoy our year-round Marlins coverage, please consider donating to the staff using the same @fishstripes Venmo account with the word “donation” in your description. Those funds will go towards upgrading our research and production tools and raising the pay of our most consistent writers. Thank you all for supporting this community.
