The Marlins are better suited to contend moving forward than at any other point in recent memory. Much of that optimism stems from ownership and front office changes, but more specifically, the elite farm system that new leadership has been able to construct in such a short period.
At Fish Stripes, we feel responsible for getting fans better acquainted with these young players. Not every individual will reach their respective ceiling, but those who do may wind up among the most significant figures in franchise history. We are bringing you their stories—goals and struggles between the lines, hobbies and personalities off the field—directly from the source.
Primarily through the Fish Stripes podcast, we conducted dozens of exclusive interviews with Marlins prospects during the 2019 season, including three who have since claimed significant roles with the big league team. Check them out below (listed in chronological order).
