Marlins Lineup

  1. LF Curtis Granderson
  2. 1B Garrett Cooper
  3. RF Brian Anderson
  4. 3B Neil Walker
  5. 2B Starlin Castro
  6. C Jorge Alfaro
  7. CF César Puello
  8. SS Yadiel Rivera
  9. P Jordan Yamamoto (1.59 ERA, 2.90 FIP, 25.8 K%, 43.0 Hard Hit% in 34.0 IP)

Notes: Miguel Rojas (right shoulder strain) is missing from the lineup for the first time since April 14, his streak of 80 consecutive starts finally coming to an end...Marlins CEO Derek Jeter is up in Cooperstown, NY this afternoon to support longtime teammates Mariano Rivera and Mike Mussina as they’re being inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Jeter will make the same trip again in 2020 for his own induction...Yamamoto’s slider finally yielded a hit in his last outing vs. the Padres, but the overall results against it are still phenomenal (1-for-33, .168 xwOBA)...Christian Cevallos has your weekly Marlins news roundup.

Dodgers Lineup

  1. RF Joc Pederson
  2. 3B Justin Turner
  3. SS Corey Seager
  4. 1B Max Muncy
  5. CF A.J. Pollock
  6. LF Matt Beaty
  7. 2B Kiké Hernández
  8. C Austin Barnes
  9. P Walker Buehler (3.44 ERA, 3.19 FIP, 27.3 K%, 36.9 Hard Hit% in 110.0 IP)

Notes: Fortunate break for the Fish that Cody Bellinger is on the bench...There’s no let up in this Dodgers rotation. Buehler brings a much different style than Hyun-Jin Ryu or Clayton Kershaw did the previous two nights as a flame-throwing right-hander who finds success by coming at opponents with fastballs.
