Marlins Lineup

  1. SS Miguel Rojas
  2. 3B Martín Prado
  3. 1B Garrett Cooper
  4. RF Brian Anderson
  5. 2B Starlin Castro
  6. LF Harold Ramírez
  7. CF César Puello
  8. C Bryan Holaday
  9. P Sandy Alcantara (3.94 ERA, 4.65 FIP, 16.3 K%, 31.3 Hard Hit% in 107.1 IP)

Notes: Exciting times in Jupiter where top Marlins draft picks JJ Bleday and Kameron Misner are making their much-anticipated professional debuts. Bleday has already earned the distinction as the organization’s No. 1 position player prospect, while Misner possesses the tools to develop into a cornerstone, too...Speaking of firsts, this will be Alcantara’s first career appearance against the Dodgers. His control has been lacking on the road this season, issuing more walks (28) than strikeouts (26).

Dodgers Lineup

  1. 1B Joc Pederson
  2. LF Alex Verdugo
  3. 3B Justin Turner
  4. RF Cody Bellinger
  5. 2B Max Muncy
  6. CF A.J. Pollock
  7. SS Corey Seager
  8. C Austin Barnes
  9. P Clayton Kershaw (3.00 ERA, 3.63 FIP, 23.5 K%, 33.9 Hard Hit% in 105.0 IP)

Notes: The future Hall of Famer Kershaw hasn’t suffered a loss in any of his last 18 home starts, dating back to April 25, 2018 when these scrappy Marlins pulled off the upset! His fastball velocity has plummeted in recent years, leading to an increased reliance on breaking balls.
