Thanks for joining us for Saturday’s Marlins (2-6) vs. Braves (4-3) game thread.

Throughout the 2019 season, Fish Stripes is your home for daily Fish Picks prop bets. I posted the full introduction toward the end of Spring Training. The monthly points leader for March/April, May, June, etc. wins Fish Stripes merchandise prizes.

This is a rare off day for Fish Picks, but our leaderboard is fully updated. Read below for more matchup info.

Marlins Lineup

  1. LF Curtis Granderson
  2. 3B Brian Anderson
  3. 1B Neil Walker
  4. 2B Starlin Castro
  5. C Jorge Alfaro
  6. SS JT Riddle
  7. CF Lewis Brinson
  8. RF Peter O’Brien
  9. P Sandy Alcantara

Notes: Alcantara was dominant last weekend against the Rockies (eight scoreless innings).

Braves Lineup

  1. CF Ender Inciarte
  2. 2B Ozzie Albies
  3. 1B Freddie Freeman
  4. LF Ronald Acuña Jr.
  5. RF Nick Markakis
  6. 3B Johan Camargo
  7. C Brian McCann
  8. SS Dansby Swanson
  9. P Kyle Wright

Notes: The Braves are seeking their 10th straight win over the Fish at SunTrust Park. It’s been so long that the last time Miami pulled off a road upset (May 18, 2018), Dan Straily got the win and Brad Ziegler earned the save. Straily has since been released and signed by the Orioles; Ziegler is retired.
