Last night’s game:

Roster-move mania:
Marlins today activated Jarlin Garcia and Elieser Hernandez from DL, recalled Chris Bostick and selected contracts of RHP Tyler Kinley and UTL Peter O'Brien from NOLA. Garrett Cooper also transferred to 60-day DL.

Martin Prado won the prestigious Roberto Clemente award for his contributions on and off the field. And that hardware must have been heavy, because he was promptly declared out for the year with an abdominal strain. He explained the decision to the media.
