Two NL East foes will meet for the last time this season, as the Miami Marlins will battle Philadelphia Phillies for one last series this weekend at Citizens Bank Park. The Marlins are coming off a three-game series with the Atlanta Braves, where they took two of three games from the last place Braves. The Phillies just split a four-game set with the Pittsburgh Pirates, their in-state rival.
The Phillies will look to play spoiler to the resurgent Marlins, as the Phillies are all but out of the playoff race, while Miami remains 4.0 games back of the second NL Wild Card.
