Andrew Cashner’s Marlins ERA rose to 6.61 after he gave up four runs in five innings and Christian Yelich struck out in all four of his at bats as the White Sox made it a long night for Miami.

One shining light for the Marlins last night was Austin Brice, who threw a perfect frame in his MLB debut.

According to manager Don Mattingly, Justin Bour’s ankle sprain has not gotten any better, and he may be forced to sit on the sidelines until early September.
