Miami is likely done dealing after acquiring Andrew Cashner and Colin Rea from the Padres on Friday morning.
While the Marlins are unlikely to be notably active in advance of the non-waiver trade deadline (4:00 EST Monday), several rumors will likely surface with regard to the club’s roster.
With Rea on the disabled list, the Marlins could pursue starting pitching, but the asking price for starters will likely reach an all-time high today. A left-handed reliever could also be on the Marlins’ wish-list.
The Marlins were forced to part with two top prospects in the Cashner deal and now have fewer prospects to part with.
Several major league pieces will likely surface in rumors, although the Marlins have been adamant about not moving any major league player.
This is where you can find any and every Marlins rumor as the rumors fly throughout the day. Everything relevant will be posted here.
Clay Buccholz could be an intriguing name to watch today:

Jeremy Hellickson probably isn’t happening:
#Mets, #SFGiants and #Rangers look like the last teams standing for #Reds Jay Bruce. Best offer wins.
