In case you forgot, Giancarlo Stanton has a lot of power. On Monday night, he reminded you why.
Stanton won the Home Run Derby after blasting 61 home runs, the most ever during the mid-summer contest, at Petco Park in San Diego.
Miami’s slugger beat Robinson Cano and Mark Trumbo before topping Todd Frazier in the final round. He became the first player to hit at least 20 home runs in different rounds of the Derby.
A lot of the home runs looked something like this:

Others looked like this:

While Stanton had a big night, someone in Miami’s marketing department made a big mistake. The Marlins probably weren’t expecting Stanton to hit 61 home runs.
Someone in the Marlins marketing department is cringing right now. Tickets are now 61 PERCENT OFF (H/T @sberg2988) pic.twitter.com/YNxUfhkbp3
