Adam Conley and David Phelps pitched in a minor league scrimmage on Miami's off-day yesterday, with the former throwing four effective innings as he battles for a rotation spot in what would be his first full-season in the major leagues. Phelps threw 46 pitches as he looks to come back from an arm fracture last ended his season seven weeks early last year.
