The Marlins signed veteran infielder Tyler Moore to a minor league deal, according to SB Nation’s Chris Cotillo.
Interesting minor-league deals, per BA: Tyler Holt (Dodgers), Tyler Moore (Marlins)

Miami reportedly has been in pursuit of a right-handed platoon partner for Justin Bour at first base, and Moore might prove to be the ideal candidate.
Moore, 29, struggled with the Nationals in 2015, batting .203/.250/.364 with six home runs and 27 RBIs over 97 games. The best season of his career was his first, when he hit .263 with 10 home runs with the Nationals in 2012.
The Marlins were linked to Steve Pearce and could still consider other major league alternatives, though the Moore scenario could be a low-risk, high-reward type signing. Moore is a candidate to watch during Spring Training as the Marlins fill out their 25-man roster.
