The Boston Red Sox will try and make their presence felt in Miami.

Things have been, uh, not great for the Marlins as of late, going two and eight over their last ten, potentially losing their ace for the season and generally continuing their steady drive towards being the most terrible team in the game. One writer in particular believes this is the worst season ever for the Fish.

It's not all doom and gloom, though. They did win yesterday after all, snapping a losing streak to the Bravos that extended all the way back to when your taxes were due. Now they will need Justin Nicolino to step up the way that Brad Hand(!) stepped up yesterday to hold back the dreadful onslaught of the ferocious last place Red Stockings.

Steven Wright is coming off of a pair of nice outings and seems to have solidified himself a spot in the Bo-Sox rotation. The knuckleball was dancing against the Yankees last time out, resulting in nine K's and Tim Wakefield's delight.

Justin Nicolino could use a couple of good outings himself, given that he may just be in the rotation now for the remainder of the season. It's a good opportunity for the young southpaw to show what he's capable of and if he can be counted on for 2016.
