Coming off a second straight series of getting swept, Miami is still looking for their first win of the current home stand. Tonight the Baltimore Orioles are facing the Marlins in the first of a three game interleague series. Starting on the mound will be Henderson Alvarez and Ubaldo Jimenez.

Henderson Alvarez pitched his first game since April 12th on Sunday against the Braves. He gave up six earned runs over five and a third innings in his third loss of the season. Earlier today it was reported that Alvarez has been playing with a partial UCL tear for the past few seasons.
Ubaldo Jimenez is 3-3 this season. In his last start Jimenez pitched for seven innings giving up two earned runs in a loss.
Christian Yelich has the night off with Ichiro taking his place in right field.
