After falling to the Diamondbacks in extra innings on Monday night, the Marlins are seeking a victory in game two of the series. Tom Koehler will oppose Jeremy Hellickson on the mound.

Koehler was moved to the bullpen after Henderson Alvarez was activated from the disabled list, however was slotted back into the rotation when the club placed Jarred Cosart on the DL. He pitched three innings of scoreless relief in his last appearance.
Hellickson allowed four runs in 5.2 innings against the Nationals in the last start.
Marcell Ozuna moves into the cleanup spot for the Marlins, with Michael Morse returning to the lineup and playing first base. The Marlins' offense has had difficulty with runners in scoring position on the current homestand.
