Miami Marlins Morning News: Adeiny Hechavarria solid in win over Braves

Adieny Hechavarria celebrated his birthday in style, as the Marlins defeated the Braves 8-2. Plus notes on J.T. Realmuto.

The Miami Marlins captured a 6-2 victory over the Atlanta Braves Wednesday. Dan Haren only allowed three base runners in seven innings and Adieny Hechavarria went 3-3. The Marlins' offense was on point, scoring six runs one night after scoring eight runs.

Carter Capps has one of the most bizarre deliveries in baseball and it has raised question to whether his delivery is legal or not.

Adieny Hechavarria celebrated his birthday by going 3-3 in the Marlins' 6-2 victory over the Atlanta Braves. Hechavarria homered in the fifth inning.

The recently called up J.T. Realmuto is already making an impact on the team. The second year catcher is drawing praise from fellow catcher and Marlins manager Mike Redmond.

Jackie Robinson day is special to the entire baseball family but has special meaning for Marlins second baseman Dee Gordon.

While Dan Haren didn't want to pitch for the Marlins at first, he's been playing very well since coming to Miami. Haren only allowed three total base runners in the Marlins 6-2 conquest of the Atlanta Braves.
