Miami no longer has to think about Thursday's obstruction call leading to their temporary downfall.

Christian Yelich's tenth inning single against Sam LeCure led to a 2-1 Marlins victory, ending Miami's three game losing streak.

Jeff Mathis opened the inning with a double down the left field line, and advanced to third on a Reed Johnson sacrifice bunt before Yelich singled to right center field with the infield drawn in.

Miami held a one run lead for most of the night, after rallying against Homer Bailey in the bottom of the third. With one out, Yelich doubled and came around to score on a Jordany Valdespin RBI single to center.

Nathan Eovaldi was solid for the Marlins after struggling in his last three starts, but ran into trouble to open the eighth. Ramon Santiago singled to open the frame, and after advancing to second on a sacrifice bunt, scored on a Billy Hamilton single against Bryan Morris to tie the game.

In seven innings of work, Eovaldi allowed two hits and one run while walking two and striking out six.

Steve Cishek pitched an inning and a third of scoreless relief, and Mike Dunn struck out Hamilton and Jay Bruce with the go ahead run on third base to keep the game tied heading to the bottom of the tenth.

Miami can split the series with a win on Sunday afternoon.
