The Miami Marlins fell to the Philadelphia Phillies 5-3 on Thursday night. Miami's bullpen was solid until Chase Utley ended the game.

Chase Utley's 14th inning two run home run against Chris Hatcher gave the Phillies a 5-3 victory that tied the four game series at two games each on Thursday night.

Miami got on the board first against Phillies starter Cole Hamels after Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit a solo home run to left field.

Hamels hung a pitch to Giancarlo Stanton to lead off the fourth, and Stanton took advantage by hitting his 21st home run of the season to left.

A Carlos Ruiz sacrifice fly against Tom Koehler in the fourth got the Phillies on the board, and Philadelphia tied the game at two in the fifth with a Chase Utley RBI single.

In six innings, Koehler yielded two runs while striking out six and not walking a batter.

Marcell Ozuna hit a solo home run against Hamels in the seventh to give the Marlins a 3-2 edge, but a Jeff Baker error in the bottom of the frame tied the game at three.

Mike Dunn, Kevin Gregg, and A.J. Ramos all added scoreless relief out of the bullpen before Utley ended the game.
