Coming off of Friday's extra innings loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Marlins will look to bounce back in game two of the three game series on Saturday afternoon. Randy Wolf will face off against Charlie Morton in the late afternoon contest.

Pitching Matchup
4.27 3.27 4.15 Wolf Morton 3.14 3.78 3.92

Randy Wolf's rotation spot may be in jeopardy as Andrew Heaney continues to pitch well in Triple-A, but it will be Wolf who will take the mound against the Pirates on Saturday. In his last start against the Cubs, Wolf went five and two third innings, giving up four runs while walking one and striking out a pair.

Charlie Morton, whose last start was also against the Cubs, went seven innings and gave up one run while striking out seven facing Chicago.

Today's Lineups

Gregory Polanco - RF Rafael Furcal - 2B
Starling Marte - LF Reed Johnson - LF
A. McCutchen - CF G. Stanton - RF
Gaby Sanchez - 1B Casey McGehee - 3B
Josh Harrison - 2B Garrett Jones - 1B
Jordy Mercer - SS Marcell Ozuna - CF
Pedro Alvarez - 3B J.T. Realmuto - C
Chris Stewart - C A. Hechavarria - SS
Charlie Morton - RHP Randy Wolf - LHP

A late offensive rally kept the Marlins in Friday's game, and will be key facing Morton. Rafael Furcal remains in the leadoff spot, with Reed Johnson getting the start in left field. J.T. Realmuto gets the start behind the plate, with Adeiny Hechavarria sliding back into the eight spot.

Former Marlin Gaby Sanchez gets the start at first base for the Pirates, with Chris Stewart starting behind the plate and Josh Harrison managing second base.

-Will the bullpen play a role? Miami's bullpen was taxed on Friday, and a lengthy start by Wolf would likely be ideal.

-Christian Yelich is not in the lineup after suffering back spasms on Friday night.

Bold Prediction: Pirates def. Marlins 3-1
