Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets: Game 25 Thread and Ichthyomancy

The Miami Marlins will send Tom Koehler out again for a chance at a series victory over the New York Mets in the finale of their three-game set.

The Miami Marlins have a shot at a series win against the New York Mets in Citi Field, and they will lean on Tom Koehler to continue his magic and put in another strong performance in a nice early season start.

Pitching Matchup
PROJ ERA FIP ERA MARLINS METS ERA FIP PROJ ERA
4.63 4.00 2.10 Koehler Gee 3.58 4.62 4.27

Tom Koehler has had a strong season thus far, but the Mets and Fish have been close throughout this series. Gee has gotten away with some good luck so far in putting up his 3.58 ERA, and hopefully the Marlins can bring his numbers back in line.

Lineup

Today's Lineups

MIAMI MARLINS NEW YORK METS

The Fish are hoping the power surge from the offense continues against Gee. They are throwing out the best lineup available, with most of their players getting rest from tomorrow's off day.

Notes

- Work again is keeping me away from the Marlins today. Hopefully that means I'm keeping the #MJIJ away.

Bold Prediction: Marlins def. Mets 5-3
