Nick Green hit a clutch go-ahead home run in the top of the ninth inning to push the Zephyrs past Omaha on Wednesday. Green was 0-for-4 heading into the at bat against Storm Chasers pitcher Will Smith. Jake Smolinski reached base four times for New Orleans, and helped the Zephyrs have a big four-run sixth inning. New Orleans improves to an even 66-66 with the victory.
Double-A: Jacksonville Suns
L 1-3 @ Chattanooga Lookouts
Mark Canha, 1B: 2-for-4, 2B, HR (12), RBI
Justin Nicolino, SP: 7 IP, 5 H, 0 ER, 2 BB, 2 K
Justin Nicolino was fantastic in seven scoreless innings but his bullpen couldn't hand on to their one-run lead after Nicolino left the game. Mark Canha had a double and hit his 12th homer of the year, which is twice as many as he hit in Jupiter last year. Jacksonville is now 68-58 on the season.
High Class A: Jupiter Hammerheads
L 3-4 @ Bradenton Marauders

Jupiter lost a crucial game to Bradenton on Wednesday night with the Hammerheads playoff chances seeming farther and farther off with only ten or so games left in their season. Jose Urena had a rough night on the mound, struggling to keep Stetson Allie and the Bradenton hitters off of the basepaths. Brent Keys and Yordy Cabrera both had solid days at the plate but Jupiter failed to have an inning where they scored more than one run.
Low Class A: Greensboro Grasshoppers
W 4-3 (F/10) vs. Delmarva Shorebirds
Colin Moran, 3B: 3-for-4, HR (4), RBI
Blake Barber, 2B: 3-for-4, 2B
Matt Milroy, SP: 5 IP, 6 H, 3 ER, 3 BB, 6 K
Colin Moran hit a walk-off homer in the tenth inning to send Hoppers fans home happy Wednesday night in Greensboro. Moran has now reached base thirteen times in his last five games.
Short-Season: Batavia Muckdogs
W 1-0 vs. Auburn Doubledays
J.T. Riddle, 3B: 2-for-3
Brian Ellington, SP: 2.2 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
In a fairly uneventful game, Batavia's pitching staff blanked Auburn and the Muckdogs squeaked one run across the board to pick up the win. Batavia improves to an impressive 31-28 with the win.

David Cruz, DH: 2-for-3, 2 BB, HR (3), 3 RBI
Nelson Zuleuta, SP: 4.1 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 3 K
Ben Lasater and David Cruz both hit homers and drove in a combined six runs in the Marlins win on Wednesday. Nelson Zulueta pitched well enough to win and with tons of run support, he was pulled fairly early.
