The Miami Marlins and Chicago White Sox start off a three-game weekend series in an interesting situation. This is the first time the two teams will face off since 2010. The Marlins are 5-4 lifetime versus the White Sox, but this matchup is a little different. It will be Tom Koehler facing a returning John Danks.
Pitching Matchup
Proj Win% | Proj ERA | FIP | ERA | Marlins | White Sox | ERA | FIP | Proj ERA | Proj Win% |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

John Danks makes his first start of the season after a year-long recovery from arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Before then, Danks had had about a season's worth of bad play, so it will be interesting to see if anything's changed against a bad Marlins offense.
