Q&A: Andrew Heaney, Miami Marlins Pitching Prospect | FanGraphs Baseball
As Heaney tries to progress his overall approach from the mound during the offseason, he took some time out of his busy schedule to talk with FanGraphs' David Laurila.
Outside of the baseball haven that's known as Marlins Park, Jacksonville, Florida was probably the biggest and most important location for the Miami Marlins organization during the 2013 season. Recently, our friends at Marlin Maniac were able to catch up with the voice of the Jacksonville Suns Roger Hoover to give his opinions on this past season and the start of the Marlins farm system in general.
While this following moment really isn't a part of the Marlins organization that we're familiar with, this story is still extremely interesting because it combines the psychotic genius of Bill Veeck with the ageless Satchel Paige.
