The Marlins are back home and are scheduled to play a three-game set with the Padres. The question is now, will they be able to get this game in between rain storms?
Anibal Sanchez takes the hill for the Marlins. Anibal got back on track in his last start going 6.1 innings of 4 hit ball and only allowing 2 runs. Historically, Anibal has done well against the boy from San Diego.
Tim Stauffer takes his turn in the rotation for the Padres. Stauffer is pretty darn good, he has allowed 2 earned runs or less in his last 7 starts. This will be his first start ever in JRS. Stauffer throws a fastball (90 mph), cutter, curve and change.
The Marlins starting lineup:
Boni, 3B
Infante, 2B
LoMo, LF
Ramirez, SS
Gaby, 1B
Stanton, RF
Cameron, CF
Buck, C
Anibal, P
If it's working, and it is, stick with it.
Ichthyomancy has some doubts about this one being played.
Best of Luck to You!
