The Arizona Diamondbacks are in town to play a four-game series.
Anibal Sanchez takes his turn in the rotation. Anibal's last start was one of his worst ones of the season. Going only five innings and allowing five runs. But in the start before that he faced the D-backs and went eight innings and only allowed two runs. With the way the Marlins offense is scoring runs, Anibal really needs to be on tonight.
Joe Saunders takes the hill for the D-backs. Saunders' last time out was a good one. He went seven innings only allowing two hits and no runs. The Marlins last faced the lefty on May 30 and lost. But that had more to do with the Fish giving up 15 runs than the pitching prowess of Saunders. Saunders has been known to walk more than his fair share of batters.
The Marlins starting lineup:
The Marlins are employing one of their lefty on the mound lineups.
Hanley is making a rehab appearance in Jupiter tonight. Since this is Hanley's first rehab assignment in his career I hope someone told him he is responsible for the spread after the game.
Ichthyomancy wants only one thing: a win.
Best of Luck to You!
