The Marlins are back home from their pretty successful 4-3 road trip to play the Nationals.
Ricky Nolasco is on the mound for the Marlins. Nolasco is all set to have another good start. His last outing is turning to his usual, seven strong innings. He is still walking a few more batters than he usually, but the control thing where he walks almost no one will come. But for the most part, Ricky pounds the strike zone like no one's business.
Jordan Zimmermann gets the start for the Nationals. Zimmerman had a good outing in his last start going six innings giving up six hits and allowing only two runs. Zimmermann is a fastball (93 mph), slider, curve, change pitcher. His hard stuff has been his most effective pitches so far this season.
The Marlins lineup:
Coghlan, CF
Bonifacio, LF
Ramirez, SS
Gaby, 1B
Stanton, RF
Dobbs, 3B
Buck, C
Infante, 2B
Nolasco, P
Dobbs apparently convinced Edwin he is good to go.
Ichthyomancy is running behind.
Best of Luck to You!
