The Marlins are going for the series win tonight. Let's see if they can do a little better job of securing a series win than they did in the last one.

Starting for the Marlins tonight is Chris Volstad. The sinker baller will be making his first appearance in 2011. Last year he was 4-0 against the Nats but a lot of that had to do with run support, to the tune of about 8 runs a game. He probably can't count on that tonight given how the offense is hitting with RSIP. But then again, you never know. Chris came on at the end of last season and started pitching the way we all hoped he would. Let's hope he picks up where he left off.

The Nationals are sending Livan Hernandez to the mound. This will be Livan's second start of the year. In the first one against the Braves he did well. He went 6.1 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 0 BB, and 3 K. Hernandez throws a fastball, slider, curve and change and none of them have a lot of giddyup on them. In fact, his curve ball will be in the mid 60s. In his first outing the fastball and curve were his best pitches.

For the Marlins, it will be the same starting lineup as last night. Hey, it worked last night, no need to change it up now.

Ichthyomancy is looking for two in-a-row.

Best of Luck to You!
