So here's the sitch: Twice I have carefully constructed a recap of today's Marlins/Mets series finale, and twice SB Nation has decided to delete it from existence as soon as I hit "publish."
Let's just face it, the universe either a) wants me to throw my laptop or myself off the balcony, or b) does not want you to have to relive the carnage that was today's series loss.
I'm going with b).
Anyway, aside from Brian Sanches' 4 solid innings in relief, do we really want to reminisce about this afternoon's crapfest? Do we really want to regurgitate Javier Vazquez's 7-run 2 1/3 innings? Bonifacio and Hanley--oh, and Randy Choate--airmailing throws for errors? The Fish stinking it up (to the tune of 3-for-14) with runners in scoring position?
I'll go out on a limb and say no, probably not. But if you're a glutton for punishment and really do wish to relive the low-lights, I've got two words for you:
The Fish have dropped their first series of 2011. Hopefully they just needed to get it out of their system.
