Joe Capozzi and his trusty camera caught up with Donnie "Bleeping" Murphy today at Logan Morrison's charity baseball camp in Jupiter. Donnie discussed his freak wrist injury, and gave an update on where he's at with recovery, plus shared his hopes for winning a roster spot this Spring. He was also happy to show off his surgical battle scars for the camera:
Speaking of battle scars, our fearless leader Craig had a similar freak injury this weekend, and has some very fresh surgical scars of his own to show off. (Though I haven't yet been able to convince him to post the carnage on YouTube. I'm working on it.) I'll bet when he bought that Donnie Murphy jersey last season he didn't realize that this would be the result...
