The Marlins are going for the series win tonight.
Chris Volstad takes the hill for the Marlins. Volstad has pitched reasonably well in his last three starts giving up three earned runs or less in each of them. However, Chris hasn't been able to go very deep into the games which always hampers the chances for a win. Volstad of late has had some success against the Nationals.
Scott Olsen is the start of choice for the Nationals. Scottie O, you remember him. Scottie will be making his second start after spending a couple of months on the DL for shoulder problems. He pitched ok in his first start back, that is, when he wasn't giving up home runs. Olsen can tough on his old team.
