Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Marlins at Mets (6/5)

The Marlins will be trying to even the series today. If you are planning on watching the game, it will be on Fox as one their regional games of the week. If you don't live in the Florida or New York area, you may be completely out of luck.

Nate Robertson takes the mound for the Marlins. Nate is still hit and miss in his starts, however, recently his misses have been reasonable. Though the team has to call on the bullpen earlier than any fan wants them to make an appearance. If the bats will show up, and quit this all or nothing thing, he should keep us in the game.

Jon Niese is on the hill for the Mets. You remember Niese, he was the pitcher who left the game after pitching only 2 innings against the Marlins when he got injured fielding a bunt. He is off the DL now and will be making his first start since injuring his hamstring. Niese is a lefty, in case you have forgotten.

Ichthyomancy is ready to roll.
