The Marlins are looking to extend the winning streak to three.
Ricky Nolasco is on the hill tonight for the Marlins. In Ricky's last start he only threw 64 pitches in 4 innings due to a rain delay. His breaking pitches weren't sharp, but then again he was pitching in downpour. As with most Nolasco starts, the offense did next to nothing. In fact, the only run the Fish scored was when Ricky drove it in himself. Hopefully things will go better tonight.
Dave Bush gets the start for the Brewers. Bush has been kinda inconsistent recently. Some nights he does reasonably well and on others, well, implosion comes to mind. He has been pitching better on the road than at home this season. However, JRS isn't his favorite place to take the mound. And who could blame him after taking a line drive off the elbow that ended his season in his last start here.
Ichthyomancy be hating the start of the work week.
Best of Luck to You!
