Let's try that win the series again today.
Anibal Sanchez takes the mound for the Marlins. Anibal has pitched reasonably well in his last two outings but has gotten exactly no help from his friends. Either the bullpen, defense or offense has let him down. It seems like every year there is a hard luck Marlins starter and this may, unfortunately, be his year at the position.
Livan Hernandez is on the hill for the Nationals. If you don't know who Livan is, you are not much of a Marlins historian. But that's okay, most people aren't. Hernandez is off to an excellent start of season and could prove to be quit tricky today, but it can't last forever. Or so we hope.
Ichthyomcany wishes everyone a Happy Mother's Day!
Best of Luck to You!
