The Marlins are going for the series win the hard way. But that doesn't mean they won't pull it off.
Nate Robertson strides to the hill for the Marlins. Nate, basically stunk in his last trip to mound and today he will be going on three-days rest. Whether or not the lack of rest will effect him, I can't say, but I'm hoping for the every other start is a good one still holds true.
Kevin Correia takes the mound for the Padres. Correia has been quite good this season. He mainly throws breaking balls, which is never good news for the Marlins. And oh by the way, he throws nothing really hard. To a normal team this wouldn't be a problem, but were are talking the Marlins here. Should be interesting to see the adjustments, assuming there are any, are made.
Ichthyomancy hates day games. Getaway games are a part of life, but it still hates them nonetheless.
Best of Luck to You!
