The Marlins are hoping to salvage a game in our first losing series of season. Winning tonight will get the road trip back to .500 record.
Anibal Sanchez takes the mound for the Fish. Anibal's main problem has been consistency and along with some bad luck. It seems that everything which is hit, no matter how poorly, finds a hole. Hopefully Anibal will throw strikes tonight and have command of the breaking pitches.
The Astros send Felipe Paulino to the hill. This will be Paulino's first time to face the Marlins. Which, historically, is never good for the Marlins. He has a decent fast ball and curve but the slider needs a little work. Also he has been known to give up his share of walks.
If Ichthyomancy has to stay up late, it wants a win.
