The Marlins are looking to even the series tonight and keep their playoff hopes afloat. It won't be easy.
Sean West goes to the mound for the Marlins. West was pitching well in his last start right up to the point he hurt his ankle. Dr. West assures us the ankle is fine. Why don't I feel better after hearing this? His breaking ball is the key, if it is working then the fast ball works. If he has to rely just on the fast ball, that doesn't work.
Adam Wainwright is on tap for the Cardinals. Wainwright is flat out good. The Marlins should get some hits off of him though probably not for home runs. He is kinda stingy that way.
