|2009 - Chris Volstad||8-9||22||21||1||1||0||0||125.2||120||66||62||21||39||86||4.44||1.27|
|2009 - Rich Harden||7-6||18||17||0||0||0||0||93.0||86||52||47||18||38||104||4.55||1.33|
The recently hot Cubs, who are 7-1 in their last eight, are in town to play a three game set.
Volstad will take the mound for the Fish. It is the same as always with Volstad, if he can keep his sinker down, he does very well. If he can't....well...the offense will need to score some runs.
Harden has been better this season when he pitches away from the "friendly confines". Harden has a 2.03 ERA on the road. He is basically a two-pitch pitcher, throwing a fast ball (92 mph) and a change (84 mph). If the Fish are fortunate his control will become an issue.
If you are going to the game tonight I will be in section 145, so be sure to drop by.
Ichthyomancy is still lost but is starting to figure this place out.
Best of Luck to You!
