The Marlins are going for the series win today and hopefully they will do a better job of securing it than they did in the last series.
Sean West is coming off beauty and will hopefully make it into a trend. Unsurprisingly, no one with the Blue Jays has seen him before. This could work in Sean's favor.
Janssen is a bit of strange pitcher in that he doesn't rely on his fast ball for most of his pitches. In fact, he only throws it about 35% of the time, which is real low. Janssen mainly throws breaking pitches: cutters, sliders and curves, and I guess using the one that is working best on that day.
Ichthyomancy spent all night on Yonge Street trying to find an all-night five pin bowling alley...to no avail. But Ichthyomancy lives on the theory that today is another stinking day game, so why bother sleeping. Bleary-eyed, it is ready.
