The Hall of Fame makes the call

It took them awhile but the Hall of Fame finally recognized the Marlins infielders achievement.

The Hall of Fame has requested a personalized bat from each of the Marlins' four infielders, who set a record by hitting at least 25 home runs each.

The Hall also asked for a lineup card from the Sept. 13 game, when Jorge Cantu became the last of the Marlins' infielders to reach the 25-homer plateau. Cantu joined Ramirez, Dan Uggla and Mike Jacobs with at least 25 homers.

Good thing Fredi saved the lineup card.

So if you get to Cooperstown any time soon, look for the display.  And if you do, take a picture, because we all love to see it.
