The Marlins are going for six wins in-a-row and this isn't going to be an easy task. But it is doable. If the Marlins sweep the Astros they will end up with the same record after the series is over.
Volstad will making his first start since leaving his last outing after three innings when he was hit in the leg twice by batted balls. Wiley will be watching him closely to make sure he doesn't adjust his pitching motion. Volstad has never faced the Astros before, and if his stuff is working, that is in his favor.
Oswalt is Houston's All-World pitcher, luckily, they only have one. He is presently on a 32.1 innings scoreless streak and has pitched two complete game shutouts in his last two starts. These streaks don't last forever. The Marlins faced him earlier in the year on April 11 when he only lasted 4 innings and gave up 8 runs, including 4 home runs. That probably won't happen again, but it could. Hopefully.
Ichthyomancy is ready to keep up the momentum. Best of Luck to You!
