Doug Waechter hurting

One of the Marlins best relievers is experiencing some shoulder tightness.

Reliever Doug Waechter is battling through some right shoulder tightness. Waechter last threw on Wednesday in Philadelphia, where he worked one-third of an inning, giving up one run on three hits. The right-hander did some light tossing on Sunday at Shea Stadium, and the team is waiting to see if he gets better in the next day or so. While Waechter is hoping to avoid a DL stint, he isn't sure if that is possible.

Should he go on the DL that would leave Hendrickson to be the long man.  If Waecther does indeed hit the DL, I'm guessing,  Andrew Miller will be called up for sure.
