Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Marlins at Mariners (6/18)

The Marlins are going for the series win tonight. Actually when the Fish win it, it will be tomorrow. Such is the beauty of Midnight Baseball.

Tucker really is a top pitching prospect. But being a young pitcher in the majors who was kinda rushed, you get inconsistencies. Some games are great (his first one) and some games aren't (his second one). Hopefully, this will be a good one.

Dickey scares me to death. For you see, he is knuckle baller and he is going to be tossing soft junk up to the plate as long as he is in there. Historically, the other team can put some one on the mound throwing 100 mph and the Marlins hitters will eventually time it and hit it. But throw soft junk, that's another thing. I guess the good news is that knucklers rarely, if ever, have pin point control and if he leaves it up in the zone out over the plate, the Fish may do something with it.
